Using Photo Editing Tools To Create A Lifelike Composition

Can someone tell me how to make a collage/mosaic with Adobe Photoshop?

As much as I love my Photoshop, it is a nuisance for making collages.
However, your example is super simple, so it won't be so bad.

There are several ways to go about this - here is one of them:

Let's say each of the nine little photos is 50 x 50 pixels big.

Open a new document and make it 150 x 150 pixels big.
Now drag the first photo onto it. It will show up as a new layer. Use the move tool to position it in the top left hand corner.
Drag the next photo in, move it to the top middle. Keep repeating the process.

In the end, you may need to flatten and save as a jpg so you can use it anywhere.
