Discussions with gays about women’s beauty
Once there was a discussion with gays about the owners of the most beautiful figure – a man or a woman? This discussion doesn’t have and can’t have a precise solution. The only thing that is clear – nobody can be fully objective till the end. However, it was interesting to read their arguments and to try opposing them. Nobody has asked me but I proudly take charge of having role of women’s beauty lawyer!
One of them writes there: „It’s of no importance what my sex orientation is but by objective considerations – if we compare a so called beautiful woman and a man, of course, the most handsome will always be the man. Just because of the proportions and it can’t be disputed because all the perfect is proportional in nature.” Another man who clearly shows his homosexuality writes like this: „ If we say that women are so beautiful why they use some make-up, why they can’t come out of a shower like they are just into the man’s hands. Pretty often you mix up the genetic sex drive with a rational characterisation of beauty. Michelangelo is famous for his David, not for Aunt Masha."
It’s a matter of taste but both guys bleat out a little. One thing - they try to set up the desired as the reality for public, but the other – more serious – it seems they themselves believe to it. It is an endless discussion whose body is aesthetically more beautiful – woman’s or man’s. There are no objective assessors in this discussion because sexual orientation has a magic power.
Somebody mentioned the history of art and told about the beauty standard David. In the history of art there are thousands of other beauty standards starting with Venera, Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa and Merilin Monroe. I do not know anything about Aunt Masha but it seems that there is such Masha among the Russian tennis players whose sporty sexuality makes somebody’s legs tremble. To promotional industries, which are worth milliards, such girls seem to be the most imposing beauty standards. As honorarium they get more than old master’s classical picture. Surely, not everything is measured in sums of money but it still shows that opinions about beauty standard differ.
Speaking about proportions – who said that women aren’t proportional? Where is the origin of this lunatic cliche 90-60-90? Directly calculating it could be the most precise symbol of proportion. Personally I would like to send everybody to a court-martial who would want to express the beauty of woman in bare numbers. The beauty of woman is a beauty of nuances, that can create the nicest mental chemistry. Here it’s no use of scientific terms that are called „genetic sex drive”, etc. It will be the same as to call "The Beatles" music a combination of sounds of metal strings and wooden keys that is sometimes influenced by hallucinogenic mushrooms and plants.
Another gay describing heterosexual cad used a bitterly slighting comparison between beer drinker and football watcher. It is a harsh stereotype. But what a metrosexual David Bekham and his wife Victoria would say about it? It’s interesting that football match is an event where real macho men can give way to their part of personality that has something of homosexuality. Watch carefully – in the stadium stands at the best moments they are used to hugging each other, in a case of win – kissing each other or crying on one’s shoulders. Could they presume something like that on their weekdays? No! That’s why football is so popular because they can let free their homosexual part. As we all know, everybody has something of it. For some it’s 20%, for others – 48%. Who can take the gauge of it? In this context gays’ sneering at football fans is rather strange.
OK – I have written, to my mind, some interesting things but did I prove anything? No. This dispute doesn’t have a solution because homosexuals will always pay more attention to the beauty of their sex, but heterosexuals – to the opposite sex.
Nevertheless, don’t try to prove to the whole world and persuade yourself that beauty, proportions, aesthetics and a work of art have a certain gender. There is no such. The beauty might have added value that silently, knowingly or not, whispers that it could be nice to make a date ( in case of Mona Lisa the common sense switches on the alarm button) but it can’t affect the basis.
I often watch CSI New York. I must admit that one of the reasons for it is a fact that I really like the actress –Melina Kanakaredes acting the detective Stella (Stella Bonasera). She is something fascinatingly beautiful, I can’t say anything about her proportions but I feel they are perfect. Her look glows with charm. At the same time I have also noticed that the actor from the same serial Eddie Cahill acting the detective Don Flack is almost like taken out of a nice graphics. Each feature on the face is drawn like by perfect artist’s precise pencil. Just watch! I get them taped because of their beauty and charm.
However, Eddie can stay in the TV box but with Melin I would like to go to a date. Such a dream!:) The main problem is left at the end. Homosexuals point out the lack of equality, sometimes discriminating attitude. Undeniably, it exists. At the same time with a help of their statements marking out the men’s beauty over women’s they, by accident, „pour water” on the confrontation quern. Discussion is a good thing but You Can’t sin challenging the equality principle being in control of subjective feelings.
